    I really like the “special guest” thing, because I think it broadens the approach quite a bit to have a discussion that involves someone with particular, concrete experience, and someone who is more of a generalist/abstractionist because when you have both of those you get ideas that are firmly tied to reality, and that’s the kind of thing I think you might want to showcase.

    So, Diana, maybe it’d be a good idea for you to seek out people who are “in the trenches” so to speak when you have guests.
