For the third quarter of 2010, Front Range Objectivism (FRO) members continued their activism and publishing.
In particular, FRO members published the following at the regional and national level:
Articles: 2
OpEds: 16
LTEs: 7
Some of the topics covered include abortion and the “personhood” amendment, gun control, the Tea Party movement, health care, the nanny state, and voting systems.
As we reported earlier, our first quarter output was 2 articles, 22 OpEds and 11 LTEs. Our second quarter output was 1 article, 15 OpEds and 6 LTEs.
Hence, our total for the first nine months of 2010 was 5 articles, 53 OpEds and 24 LTEs.
(For comparison, our total 2009 output was 3 articles, 57 OpEds, and 48 LTEs.)
Much of this writing was done by people working in their spare time, in addition to their day jobs.
This list does not include citations and interviews in local and national media, participation in Tea Party events, letters to elected officials, postings to Facebook and Twitter, and blogging.
I’d like to thank my fellow FRO activists for their hard work during these past three months. If I have inadvertently omitted someone’s piece, please let me know so I can update this tally.
