As you might already know, Modern Paleo has three e-mail lists: PaleoBloggers, SousVide, and PaleoThyroid. (If OList is any indicator — and it should be — more lists will be forthcoming.)
As you might also know, two lists of the lists have blog carnivals associated with them. The Paleo Rodeo is the weekly blog carnival for members of PaleoBloggers, and The Sous Vide Review is the monthly blog carnival for members of SousVide.
