Serenity has finally made up for its box-office losses with its DVD sales. That’s good news, but I’m still quite pessimistic about the possibility of a sequel. (Via Jim May.)
Speaking of sci-fi, Paul and I were very disappointed with X3, particularly for its disintegrated and uninspiring plot. The plot had a good germ of an idea, but it was poorly executed. In contrast, we both enjoyed the first two X-Men movies. Still, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine is so very worthy of womanly worship. (If you wish to comment upon any particulars of X3, please just put a note at the top saying “*** X3 SPOILERS ***.”)
