So far, 2006 is going quite well for me! Paul and I rang in the new year with a lovely evening at the home of two friends, Howard and Susan. Shortly after midnight, I heard a song playing that I’ve been trying to remember the name of for at least the whole of 2005. I’d done many searches on iTunes and Google, but I couldn’t remember enough of the words to find it. However, I recognized the song immediately when I heard it. And since it was playing on Sirius (via their satellite system), we just have to turn on the television to learn the title and artist. It’s just a light and happy pop tune — “Steal My Sunshine” by Len — but it’s perfect for my exuberant moods. I’ve already downloaded it from iTunes, so now I can enjoy it whenever I please!
